DOVER - Caroline M. Mills, 70, of Dover, went home to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, surrounded by her family. Caroline was born on July 24, 1943 in Dover. A Homegoing Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014, at Beacon Lighthouse Church, 165 Dinahs Corner Road Dover, where friends may call one hour prior. Burial will follow services at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
