Wilmington – Carnell L. Brown II passed away peacefully on June 29, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Thelma E. Pretlow-Brown; four children, Xavier G. Brown, Bianca S. Brown, Angelo M. Brown and Rukia V. Brown; one sister, Swan Hammock; and a host of family and friends. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life Service.
