MILFORD - Carl was born Oct. 7, 1942 in Pensacola, Fla.
Carl passed away Friday, March 18, 2022, at Hospice Center, Milford, Del.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton and Juanita Colvin of Pensacola, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Marie Colvin of 16 years. He has 7 children, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
He retired from the military after 20 years of service. He then went on to be a weather man at Dover airforce base for 26 years as a civilian.
He had a love for music, singing, as well as playing musical instruments. He also enjoyed spending time and jamming with his family and friends.
Services will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Street, Dover from 1-3 p.m.
Burial will be on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro, Del.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cancer Society of Delaware.
