DOVER - Candis D. Barr, of Dover, passed away on Sept. 29, 2010. She is survived by her children, Dwynn (Ramar), Deborah and Donald (Dorrie) Barr; sister, Victoria Thomas; two brothers, Al and Truman Graham; four grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 10 a.m., with service at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at First Baptist Church of Beltsville, 4700 Odell Road, Beltsville, Md. Services by J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, Landover, Md.
