Bruce L. Farrow, 68
Bruce L. Farrow passed away on February 22, 2022 at 2200 hours. He was born on February 4, 1954 in Dover, Del.
He attended Dover High School, class of 73. After graduation, he pursued an automobile mechanic career and owned the Rodney Village Shell Station, until he decided to join the merchant marines and traveled for a couple years, he then made the decision to join Kraft Foods as a power plant control room operator. He finally pursued his dream of starting his own electric business, Farrow's Electric.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing hot rods, riding his Harley Davidson, and spending time with his beloved wife, four children, and dogs over the years (Katie, Mocha, Ginger, Abby, and Bell). He loved to laugh, and will be remembered for his laugh. He was famous for his long phone calls and jokes.
Bruce was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Susan in 2001; and his parents John and Helen Farrow in 1999. He is survived by his son, Joshua Farrow; daughter, Jessica Farrow; daughter, Lauren Farrow; son, Nicholas Farrow; grandchildren, Leigha, Audrey, Dominic, and Caden; extended family and friends.
A viewing is scheduled for Friday, March 4, 2022 at 10 a.m., followed by funeral services to begin at 11 a.m. at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, Del. Interment to follow at Lakeside Cemetery. There will be a luncheon at Fraizer's Restaurant in Dover, Del., following burial, from 1-5 p.m.
