VIOLA - Blaise Peter DeJesus passed away Tuesday, August 5th, 2014. Blaise was born Dec. 16th, 1987 in San Antonio, Texas to Orlando DeJesus and Paulette (Gates) DeJesus. He enjoyed playing guitar and video games. Blaise was an adventure seeker, who enjoyed cliff diving as well as his love for his dogs Sadey and Slinky. He is preceded in death by aunt, Patrice Gates. Blaise is survived by his parents, Orlando and Paulette DeJesus of Viola; brothers, Orlando D. DeJesus and Joseph S. DeJesus, both of Viola; and fiance' Rebecca Naumann of Georgetown; paternal grandparents, Efrain and Migdalia (Sousa) DeJesus of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico; maternal grandparents, Warren and Bernadette (Feketi) Gates of Johnstown, Pa.; aunts and uncles, Efrain Jr. and Marcy DeJesus of Cali.; Yanette DeJesus of Fla.; Edwin and Rosalie DeJesus of N.Y.; Lillian and Jeff Innocenti of N.Y.; Kelly and Mike Dempsey of Pa.; Christine Smith of Pa.; nieces and nephew, Abigail, Emily, Melanie, and Ayden DeJesus of Del.; and numerous cousins and loving friends. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, August 10th, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 East Lebanon Road, Route 10, Dover. Friends and family may visit from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions be made to the First State Animal Shelter and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
