MILLSBORO - Billie Jo (Grant) Drainer passed away peacefully Monday, Dec. 17, 2007.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Grant.
She is survived by her mother, Ina Grant of Millsboro; her father, Richard Grant of Wilmington; her husband, Paul; daughters, Allisha Grant and Paula Drainer of Florida; sons, Paul Jr. of Wilmington; grandson, Paul Sisson; sisters, June Schavelin and Donna Carney; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Thursday in Oak Orchard Community Church, Millsboro.
Instead of flowers, donations can be made to Strano and Feeley, 635 Churchmans Road, Newark, DE 19702.
