SELBYVILLE, Md. - Betty Ann Hall of Selbyville died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, in Milford Memorial Hospital.

Ms. Hall was born April 20, 1954, in Whaleyville, Md., daughter of Viola Hall of Selbyville, Md. and the late William Lee Hall Sr.

She was a 1972 graduate of Indian River High School despite her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. She was also enrolled in Delaware Technical & Community College, Georgetown where she attended for two years in business education until her health caused her to withdraw.

Ms. Hall suffered with multiple sclerosis for 37 years.

She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Berlin.

Ms. Hall participated outside the home in the "MD" and the Easter Seals program.

She enjoyed watching soap operas and gospel videos. She also liked to listen to gospel music and talk.

Ms. Hall had a beautiful personality and enjoyed talking with her family, friends and anyone who came into her presence.

She is survived by her mother, Viola Hall of Selbyville; a brother, William "Billy Boy" Hall Jr. of Camden, Del.; six aunts, Betty Johnson, Elizabeth Leonard, Mary Leonard, Bessie Manuel, Emma Foreman and Sarah Collins and her husband, Russell; six uncles, Norwood Hall and his wife, Mary, William Hall and his wife, Catherine, Clarence Hall and his wife, Anniebelle, Randolph Hall, Thomas Hall and James Dennis and his wife, Janet; a niece, Melissa Ann Hall; a nephew, William "B.J." Hall III and his wife, Dawn; two great-nephews, Anfernee and Shyheim; a great-niece, Sheyenne; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services were Feb. 5, 2007, in St. Paul United Methodist Church, Berlin.

Arrangements by Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home, Salisbury.
