SMYRNA - Ann S. Weber of Smyrna died Sunday, April 13, 2014 in Lady Lake Regional Hospital The Villages, Florida. She was 75. Mrs. Weber was born January 1, 1939 in Middletown, daughter of the late Leo and Helen Sieminski. She worked at DuPont as a secretary before staying home to raise her family. While raising her children she volunteered at their school and was a homeroom mother. She enjoyed her Florida home in Lady Lake, Fla. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and Mom-mom. Mrs. Weber was a member of St. Polycarp Catholic Church in Smyrna and was formerly an extraordinary minister at church and for the sick. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Peter G. Weber, Jr. Mrs. Weber is survived by a son and daugher-in-law, Peter G. and Susan G. Weber of Kokomo, Indiana; a daughter and son-in-law, Marcia W. and Jeffrey W. Johnson of Smyrna; eight grandchildren, Jeffrey "Jeffy" Johnson II, Marissa "Riss" Johnson, Joshua "Josh" Johnson, Kaitlyn Weber, Nathaniel Weber, Emma Ann Weber, Abigail Weber, and Peter Weber. A Memorial Mass will be at 12 p.m., Monday, April 21, 20014 in St. Polycarps Church, 135 Ransom Lane and South Street, Smyrna. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the St. Polycarps Future Needs Fund, 135 Ransom Lane, Smyrna, DE 19977. Arrangements by Torbert Funeral Chapel, Dover. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
