DOVER - Alida B. Carroll of Dover died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006, in Green Valley Pavilion, Smyrna. She was 92.
Mrs. Carroll was born April 18, 1914, in Washington County, Texas, daughter of the late Erwin and Lillie (Linnstadter) Brandt.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Carroll was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Dover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis P. "Frank" Carroll.
She is survived by a brother and two sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Brandt of Gonzalas, Texas and Mary Hendrick of Wilmington; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be noon Thursday in Holy Cross Catholic Church, South State St., Dover.
Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Lancaster Avenue, Wilmington.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
