DOVER - William W. 'Bud' Weller Jr., 72, of Dover, died peacefully on March 5, 2011, surrounded by his loving family in Bay Health Medical Center, Dover. Bud was born on Aug. 15, 1938, son of the late William W. and Edith Jackson Weller. He was raised in Sudlersville, Md., and was a 1956 graduate of Sudlersville High School. He began his career with Tenneco, Worton, Md., in 1965, which later became Huls America and retired in 1993 after 28 years of service. Bud had coached basketball and enjoyed NASCAR and horse racing. He loved his family, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy W. Laramore. He is survived by three daughters, Terry Jarrell and her husband Harry of Sudlersville, Wanda Weale of Sudlersville, and Connie Branham and her husband Joseph of Centreville, Md.; a sister, Edith Hill of Dover, with whom he lived; a brother, Donald J. Weller of Dawsonville, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St., Galena, Md., where funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 10 at 11 a.m. Burial in Sudlersville Cemetery. Memorials may be offered to Caroline County Hospice Foundation, P.O.
