FRANKFORD - William Thomas James, age 82, of Frankford, Del., passed away peacefully on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, at Delaware Hospice Center. He was born in Baltimore, Md., on Sunday, Oct. 12, 1930 son of the late Thomas Anthony James and Mildred Margaret (Gray) James. Mr. James is survived by his loving wife Joan Marcella (Barringer) James. Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Clarksville Chapel, 34874 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean View, DE.
