William Raymond O'Day

Georgetown - William Raymond O'Day passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford.
Bill was born Jan. 14, 1944, in Milford, to the late, Elmer and Dorothy Mae (Raughley) O'Day. He was a self employed painter for over 30 years. Bill served proudly in the National Guard. He was a member of the Dover Lions Club, the Camden-Wyoming Moose Lodge, The Camden-Wyoming Lions Club, and the American Poolplayers Association.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda, who passed in 2012.
He is survived by his daughter, Trish O'Day and her companion, Dominick Giroso, of Felton; step-son, William J. Edwards and wife, Vicky, of Camden; a step-brother, Ronny Stumpf, of Felton; three grandchildren, Jessica Casey, Anthony Edwards and wife, Courtney and Dylan Edwards; five great-grandchildren, Blaine, MyKenzie, Jaxtin, D.W., and Landon; and his faithful companions, Sugar and Shadow; and a special friend, Pat Maki; as well as many extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 29, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may gather from 12 to 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
