CAMDEN - William M. "Billy" Charlton passed away on Dec. 3, 2019. Billy is survived by his fiancé, Lisa Hutson of Camden; daughter, Alexandra Stratton-Charlton of Dover; son, William N. Charlton of Camden; mother, Julie Charlton of Pennsylvania; and former wife, Amy Stratton of Camden. Preceded in death by his father, William Charlton.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
