DELMAR - William Hall Cooper of Delmar passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, in the Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. He was 41.
He is survived by one brother, Mark Fletcher of Bowie, Md.; three sisters, Cathy Tatman of Felton, Sandy Thielemann of Millsboro, and Dixie Gardner of Orlando, Fla.
Services will be private.
