ELSMERE - William E. Cahall, 67 of Elsmere, passed away on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014. Bill was a graduate of Warner High School and went on to learn his craft at H. Fletcher Brown Vocational School. He was employed as a HVAC expert with Services Unlimited for 43 years. In his early years Bill enjoyed drag racing. He was an avid fisherman, loved to cook and entertain his friends and neighbors of Pot Nets, where he had been a resident for 41 years. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Noble and Margaret Cahall. He is survived by his son, James M. Cahall; his longtime companion, Leilani Rash and her son Joseph Rash; his grandchildren, Jamie and Amber Gravenor, Alexandra Cahall; and his former wife, Sandra Mercante. A viewing will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at the McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington 19808. A service will begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
