William Dearth

MILFORD - Mr. William Dearth passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018, at Seaford Genesis's. Mr. Dearth was born in Williston, Md. to the late Sherman and Edna Dearth.
William served his country proudly in the Korean War with the United States Navy.
He worked as a Truck Driver for many years.
Mr. Dearth loved spending time with his family. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Georgetown. William was a very strong willed and independent person. He will be sadly missed by all.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Dearth; and sister, Virginia Patchett; brothers, Wallace Dearth and Sherman Dearth Jr.
He is survived by his two sons, Steve (Linda) Dearth and Danny Dearth; two daughters, Susan (Russell) Kessler and Denise (James) Smith; nine grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services will take place at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 West Market St., Greenwood, on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 12 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at Milford Community Cemetery, in Milford.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Calvary Baptist Church, in Honor of William Dearth.
Arrangements are by Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
