KINGSPORT, Tenn. - Virginia T. Steele of Kingsport, formerly of Ellendale, Del., died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at her home, where she resided for the past 15 years with her partner James Hart. She was 66.
She was born Aug. 8, 1941.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Virginia Faulkenhiemer; a brother; and her daughter, Debra.
She is survived by seven children, Diana Hulmes, Michael Steele, Marie Foskey, Tracey Hudson, Andrew Steele, Michelle Wandall and Angela Riddle; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
Cremation took place at Snyder"s Memorial Gardens, Gray, Tenn.
