MILTON - Victor M. Buck, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011, in his home, surrounded by his loved ones. He was 72. Victor was born in Woodbine, Md., son of the late Earl V. and Marion (Tweed) Buck. He was a Truck Jockey with King Cole Canning Co. and Paramount Poultry. Victor later drove a truck for Clean Delaware, Inc., and retired from truck driving in 2001. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and being outdoors. He was an Air Force veteran. In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Perez; and a son-in-law, Henry Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Mary (Thomas) Buck; three children, Karen Buck of Seaford, Steven Buck and wife Renee of Middletown, Pa., and JoAnna Wilson of Crisfield, Md.; three grandchildren, Hanna and Jayden Wilson and Hunter Buck; a sister, Elizabeth Spigler of Greencastle, Pa.; aunt, Frieda Redman of Sandtown; and a host of extended family and friends. Services will be private. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Milton. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
