Tracy A. Cramer, 44 SMYRNA - Tracy A. Cramer, of Smyrna, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at home. She was 44. Tracy was born March 10, 1965, in Waterbury, Conn., to Irene Spillane Cramer and J. Robert Cramer. She graduated in 1984 from Caesar Rodney High School. Tracy had worked for the last 8 years as the Director of Hospitality and Concessions at Dover International Speedway and Dover Downs. Tracy was an active fundraiser, volunteer and participant for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition. She enjoyed helping people and was a free spirit. Tracy is survived by her mother, Irene S. Cramer of Smyrna with whom she lived; her father, J.Robert Cramer of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sisters, LeeAnn Hardy and her husband L.J. of Camden, Robin Wright and her husband Marlin of Conover, N.C., Pamela Kendrick and her husband Richard of Memphis, Tenn., Ruth Perry and her husband Roy of Fredericksburg, Va.; nephews, JR and Blake Hardy, Steven Kendrick, and Sean Perry; niece, Shelby Kendrick; and many friends and family. A celebration of life will be 11 a.m., Saturday Feb. 20, at the Dover Elks Lodge #1903, 200 Saulsbury Road, Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, 165 Commerce Way, Suite 2, Dover, DE 19904; or Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolence may be sent, and guestbook signed at www.torbertfuneral.com.
