DOVER - Thomas W. Fulmer, of Dover, passed away on July 25, 2011, at his residence. Born on Nov. 8, 1921, he was the son of the late Edmund and Emma Fulmer. He was 89. He was also preceded by his wife, June; and a granddaughter, Danelle. Mr. Fulmer is survived by daughters, Evelyn Fulmer and Janet Fulmer of Dover; grandson, Chris Fulmer; and two great-grandchildren, Christina and Christopher Fulmer. He served in the Army/Air Force in England, worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad for twenty years, and for a trucking company for twenty years. He was a member of the Modern Maturity Center, Dover. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
