Thelma 'Tootie'Marie Clegg, 89
KENTON, Del. - Thelma "Tootie" Marie Clegg passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Kent General Hospital in Dover, Delaware.
She was born on August 17, 1932 in Greenwood, Delaware.
Tootie worked for many years at the Kenton Store.
Thelma loved going to her church, Downs Chapel United Methodist Church, displaying pictures of her family and friends, and she loved her husband to death for the past 45 years. She also liked watching TV shows like the Walton's, Joyce Meyers and game shows like the Wheel of Fortune, and her favorite -Family Feud. She enjoyed reading the Bible, Readers Digest, and Daily God Post.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Clegg, Sr.; her children, Beverly, Leon, and Curtis; and her step-children, Tammy, Ricky, Dwayne, and Asa.
She will be missed by many lifelong friends and family.
Services will be private.
