Stapleford Maybee MILFORD - On the morning of Fri., May 31, 2013 Suzanne went peacefully into the light surrounded by her devoted children in her home. Suzanne was the daughter of the late Marshall and Ruth Stapleford; and the sister of the late Marshall and Charles Stapleford. She is survived by her beloved children, Jeffery J. Larrimore and his wife Debbie Hlister Larrimore, Angela K. Ward and her husband Mark C. Callahan, Scott R. Ward, John A. L. Maybee; and by her cherished grandson, Jett M. Larrimore. She is also survived by her husband, Joseph W. Maybee. Along with spending time with her children and grandson, our Mom treasured the time she spent in her gardens, antiquing with her family and friends, and the moments she spent with the special people she met along the way. Mom's unconditional and guiding love, her Sweet and Shining Light, her compassion, generosity, and peaceful beauty will be deeply missed, and will live on within those she touched. An informal celebration of her life will be held on Sat., June 22, 2013 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, downtown, 61 S. Bradford St. Dover, DE 19904, from 12 to 2 p.m., with a period of remembrance beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Delaware Hospice 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963 or www.delawarehospice.org.
