Stuart W. 'Stu' Buroff SAINT LOUIS, Mo. - Stuart W. "Stu" Buroff, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Stu touched the heart of everyone he knew. He served in the Air Force force for 29 years. He worked for TWA as a Flight Instructor and worked for Flight Safety as a Program Manager until retirement in 2009. Stu was a member of the V.F.W. in Altus, Okla. He was past Grand Master of Masonic Lodge 62 of Altus, Okla. Dear son of the late Jack and Gertrude Buroff of Columbus, Wis., loving husband of Phyllis Buroff; dear father of Jeff (Pam) and Tracy Buroff of Columbus, Ohio, and Eric Buroff of Rockwall, Texas; dear grandpa to Ashley Teeter of New York, and Hannah and Logan of Columbus, Ohio; dear stepfather to Kim (Marty) Rochfort and Wayne Bevins of Wyoming, and April (Steve) Flores of Moscow Mills, Mo.; Pop-Pop to Shannon, Kristina, Michele, Kala, Adam and Phillip; dear great-grandfather of Bruce, Kayden and Jeremy; and dear brother of Patricia Pieper of Treasure Island, Fla. Funeral services will be 12 noon Monday, December 14, at Buchholz Math Hermann Mortuary Cremation Center, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Peter's, MO 63376. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, Mo. In lieu of flowers, donations to BJC Hospice, 9890 Clayton Rd., St. Louis, MO 63124. Online guestbook at www.buchholzmortuary.com.
