MILLSBORO - Stephen John Izbiansky, age 59, of Millsboro, passed away on Nov. 3, 2010, at home. Stephen was a retired purchasing agent. Stephen is the son of the late John and Betty Louise Bock Izbiansky. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Hamrick and husband Seth of Parkesburg, Pa., and Michele Izbiansky of Coatesville, Pa.; two brothers, David Allen Izbiansky and wife Susan of Agawam, Mass., and Kenneth Wayne Izbiansky of Bear; and four grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher, Maya, and Michael.
