Shawn Breslin, 41 SMYRNA - Shawn Breslin, died Sunday, January 3, 2010, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 41. Mr. Breslin was born December 24, 1968 in Wilmington, the son of Patrick Joseph Breslin and Carol Tierney Breslin of Smyrna. Shawn managed and operated the family business, Breslin Contracting, Inc. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2010 in St. Polycarp's Roman Catholic Church, 135 Ransom Lane, Smyrna. Viewing hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2010, in Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 S. Main St., Smyrna. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Salvation Army, 400 N.
