Wyoming - Sandy Caplinger passed away Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, in the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Sandy was born, Nov. 21, 1949, in Dover. She is a Graduate of Felton High School, Class of 1967. Sandy was the owner of the New Image Hair Salon, in Woodside for 40 years. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family, and watching Nascar races. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Francis Fletcher; and a brother, Bruce Fletcher. Sandy is survived by her husband, Charles C. Caplinger, Jr.; two daughters, Jamie K. Moore & her husband, Ryan, of Harrington; and Tammy Morris & her husband, John, of Camden-Wyoming; a son, Lloyd Jason Grier & his wife, Laura, of Camden-Wyoming; her mother, Betty Fletcher, of Felton; her brother, Rick Fletcher, of Harrington; a sister, Hope Reyes, of Felton; grandchildren, Mason Moore, Melanie Grier, Hunter Grier and Garrett Grier; and three nieces, Christina, Amanda, and Ashley. A Memorial Service will take place at 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc. 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may gather 1 hour before.
