Blanchfield, 61 MIDDLETOWN - Sandra L. "Sandy" Blanchfield passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012. She was retired from the Division of Revenue with the State of DE. She is survived by a sister, Esther Barthelmeh; two brothers, Robert and Larry Blanchfield; as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street in Middletown, where friends may visit with her family from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be held privately. Sandy's family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, 220 Continental Drive, Suite 101, Newark, DE 19713. www.daniels-hutchison.com 302-378-3410.
