FRANKFORD - Ruth P. Sweeney, of Frankford, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, in the Green Valley Terrace Nursing Home, Millsboro, surrounded by her loving family. She was 88.
She was born in Philadelphia, to the late Clarence and Beatrice (Wilkins) Robinson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Sweeney in 1982.
She is survived by her daughter, Claire K. Hudson; two grandchildren, Lisa D. Hudson and Dale E. Pusey; three great-grandchildren, Hillary, Aaron, and Haley.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in St. George's Cemetery, Clarksville.
Arrangements by Melson Funeral Services of Frankford.
