DOVER - Ruth K. Hall passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, July 5, 2013 following a lengthy illness. She was born July 18, 1928 in Mannheim, Germany to George and Phillipina Cardano. She is survived by her children, Tom Hall of Dover, Christine Hall of New Castle, Diana Paccapaniccia and her husband Dominic, of Indiana, Pa., and Patricia Jordan and her husband Stephen, of Franklinville, N.J.; She is deeply missed by her grandchildren, Ann, Michael, and David Paccapaniccia, Rachel and Jason Hall, Steve Jordan, Jackie and Vinnie Marino, Katie hall, and Carolyn and Hunter Miller. A memorial service for Ruth will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, DE 19934.
