Frederica - On June 6, 2018, Ruth J. Webb passed away at Delaware Hospice.Mrs. Webb was born on Jan. 11, 1922, in Middletown to the late Fred and Fanny Johnson.
She worked with her husband, the late Liston H. Webb, Jr. at his business, L.H. Webb Market, in Frederica.
Ruth was a perfectionist when it came to life. She was known to be meticulous with her home and style.
Mrs. Webb enjoyed going to Las Vegas, playing cards with her friends, Traveling the United States, loved cooking dinners for her family, and decorating for the holidays.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Liston H. Webb, Jr.
Ruth is survived by her son, Skip Webb, his fiancé Ricci Wampler; grandson, Darren Webb; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford, DE 19963, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018 with a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment is Barratt's Chapel.
In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963
