Ruth Adeline Beauchamp, 85 BRIDGEVILLE - Ruth Adeline Beauchamp, of Bridgeville, age 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at Genesis Healthcare, Seaford. She was born April 20, 1925, in Greenwood, daughter of the late Charles Hilman and Annie (Favinger) Lare. Mrs. Beauchamp for many years worked at the Sewing Factory in Bridgeville as a seamstress and later on went to work as a CNA at the Country Rest Home in Greenwood. Later she worked as a cashier for the Acme, Food Rite and Calloway Brothers grocery store in Bridgeville. Even though the store changed hands she stayed on to work for over 25 years in the industry. Mrs. Beauchamp loved to tend to her flowers and mow her lawn. She thoroughly enjoyed yard work. But first and foremost, she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Sherman R. Beauchamp; her son, Richard Allen Beauchamp and his wife Sharon; and her daughter, Carol A. Miller, all of Bridgeville; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 4, at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville,where friends may call beginning at 1 p.m. Rev.
