DOVER - Ruby DeMarie, a long time resident of Dover passed away on Aug. 28, 2018.
She was 92 years old and currently a resident of Westminster Village in Dover. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence DeMarie; and two sons, Lawrence Jr. and Lyle DeMarie.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Dulin of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three grandchildren, Eddie Dulin, Scottsdale, Ariz., Nicki Zimmerman and Kyle DeMarie both of Dover. She had four great grandchildren, Alex and Eddie Dulin, and Emma and Drew Zimmerman.
Ruby spent many years as a registered nurse working for Dr. Kays and Malik. Her granddaughter, Nicki, followed in her footsteps becoming a registered nurse as well.
Ruby had an amazing sense of humor and a beautiful smile. Nothing gave her more pleasure than spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be private and burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Cross School. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
