Rosemary E. Dodenhoff

Dover - Rosemary E. Dodenhoff passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, in Dover Place Assisted Living.
Rosemary was born Jul. 23, 1922, in New Haven, Conn., to the late, William and Mary (Healy) Redmond. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, reading, playing bingo, and studying geneology. Rosemary was also an accomplished seamstress and baker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Dodenhoff; her brothers, Edmond and William Redmond; and a sister, Catherine Martinetto.
Rosemary is survived by two daughters, Janet Counselman and her husband, Benton, of Dover; and Elizabeth Sptitzer, of LaPlata, Md.; three sons, Raymond J. Dodenhoff, Jr., of Texas, William J. Dodenhoff and wife, Dianne, of Milford, and Steven M. Dodenhoff and wife, Lynn, of Camden; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will take place at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's association.
