Robert W. Barmer Sr.

DOVER - Robert W. Barmer Sr., of Dover, died March 19, 2009, at his home with his wife and children by his side. He was 70. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, to the late John Clement and Laura Mae Barmer. Robert retired from U.S. Air Force as Master Sgt. Robert will be missed by all those who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Karen Sue Barmer; two sons, Mark Barmer of Colorado, and Robert Wayne Barmer Jr. of Felton; and two daughters, Sherrie Blackburn of Massachusetts and Amy Barmer of Dover. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Charles, Jack, and Audrey. Funeral Services were Monday, March 23, in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Hwy., Harrington. Interment will be private.
