Robert L. Swanson, 67
HARTLY - Robert L. Swanson of Hartly passed away at home Friday, July 13, 2007. He was 67.
Mr. Swanson was born Sept. 19, 1939, in Yorklyn, son of the late William and Frances Lloyd Swanson.
He worked as an equipment operator for several area businesses.
Mr. Swanson was an avid fisherman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Swanson Jr.
He is survived by three daughters, Robin Carter at home, Lucille and Roberta (last names and where they live are unknown); a son, Robert Swanson Jr. (where he lives is unknown); a brother, Leslie Swanson, and his wife, Peggy, of Peach Bottom, Pa.; a sister, Edna Potter, and her husband, John, of Wilmington; and several grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 S. Main St., Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be private.
Arrangements are by Faries Funeral Directors, Inc., 29 South Main St., Smyrna.
