"Bobby" Carter, 82
MILLSBORO - Robert C. "Bobby" Carter of Millsboro died Tuesday, July 10, 2007, in Christiana Hospital. He was 82.
Mr. Carter worked for Cheer Center of Georgetown and Laurel.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lamont Davis.
He is survived by his friend and companion, Catherine Davis, with whom he lived in Millsboro; a son, Asa O. Davis of Georgetown; his stepchildren, Willie Davis of Millsboro, Antonio Davis of Laurel, Sherida Davis of Georgetown, Tina Davis of Salisbury and Melinda Davis of Laurel; two grandchildren; and 11 step-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Millsboro.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Zoar Golden Acres Cemetery in Bishopville, Md.
Arrangements by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Millsboro.
