Richard James Sheppard II

Richard "Ricky" James Sheppard II Dover, DC and Maryland passed away on Aug. 6, 2018. His parents, Acquanetta "Pam" "Quinnie" Sheppard, née McLain and Richard "Rick" James Sheppard both recently preceded him in death. Ricky was educated in Maryland and Delaware and worked primarily in the telecommunications field.
Ricky leaves behind his sister, Acquanetta Christal Sheppard; and brother-in-law, Reed Hindmand; his grandmother, Lottie Green; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the United States.
