Rhoda Ann (Cooper) Luff, 82

DOVER - Rhoda Ann (Cooper) Luff of Dover died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. She was 82.

Mrs. Luff was born Nov. 16, 1923, in Salisbury, Md., daughter of the late Eugene Oscar and Gertrude (Laws) Cooper.

She was a graduate of Salisbury State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.

Mrs. Luff taught in several schools including A.I. du Pont in Wilmington and the Milford School District. She enjoyed selling real estate for Mispillion Realty.

She enjoyed cooking.

Mrs. Luff was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Milford, and a member of the Red Hats Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Paul Luff in 1990; and a son, Alan Thomas Luff in 1960.

She is survived by a son, Steven Craig Luff of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and a daughter, Donna Dossett of Wilmington.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the Community Center of Westminster Village, 1175 McKee Rd., Dover.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, dept. 300, Memphis, TN 38148-0552.
