FRANKFORD - Rebecca J. Donohue of Frankford died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, in Deers Head Coastal Hospice, Salisbury, Md. She was 74.
She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved to cook.
Mrs. Donohue was a member of Abundant Life Church in Georgetown and Dagsboro Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert Donohue; a son, Glenn Donohue; a granddaughter, Chelsey R. White; and a great-granddaughter, Braniya B.B. Jones.
She is survived by two sons, Robert J. Donohue of Frankford and Sam H. Donohue of Dagsboro; three daughters, Pearl Donohue of Millsboro, Cathy Donohue of Whaleysville, Md., and Gloria White of Delmar, Md.; three brothers, Joe Lynch of Roxana, Vaughan Lynch of Roxana and Dallas Lynch of Georgetown; a sister, Leona Taylor of Laurel; six grandsons, Glenn Donohue of Greenwood, Lonnie Donohue of Bridgeville, Dustin White of Gumboro, Charles Carpenter of Whaleysville, Stuart Smith of Whaleysville and Michael White of Delmar; five granddaughters, Christina Wallace of Girdletree, Md., Carrie Jones of Gumboro, Heather Smith of Bishopville, Md., Erica Donohue of Millsboro and Chyna White of Delmar; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are by Melson Funeral Services of Frankford.
