Phillip Darryl Pemberton

FELTON - Phillip Darryl Pemberton was born on May 10, 1943 in Liberty, Ky. to the late Blaine and Irene Pemberton. He was surrounded by his family at home when he peacefully departed this life on May 20, 2018.
He served his country as a Helicopter Gunner in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After leaving the service, he was employed by United Technologies/Carrier before retiring.
He was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Mike Keeton, and he is survived by his loving wife of fifty (50) years, Ann Pemberton of Felton; three daughters, Victoria (Keith) Brand of Centerville, Ga., Julie Keeton of Nashville, Tenn., Melinda Schaeffer of Felton; and one son, Phillip Pemberton, Jr. of Felton; five grandchildren, Donald and Johnathan Brand, Alex and Vincent Fantozzi, and Sara Keeton.
Family and friends may call Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Street, Dover. Services and burial will be Friday, May 25, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Delaware Veterans Cemetery Millsboro.
