FREDERICA - Pauline A. Hacker died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Kent General Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover.
Pauline was born in Kings Lynn, England the daughter of the late Ronald and Violet (Auker) Kirk. She worked as a party coordinator at the N.C.O. Club at the Dover Air Force Base for 15 years before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, coloring and watching television especially Judge Judy and N.C.I.S. She was a huge fan of Mark Harmon, "Gibbs" on N.C.I.S. Pauline was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Reds fan. Most important to her was her grandchildren, who she loved with all her heart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael W. Hacker, Sr., in 2016; and her brother, Ronald Kirk.
She is survived by her sons, Mike Jr. and his girlfriend, Chris Eames, and Ian and his wife, Angie; grandchildren, Jeremy and his wife, Courtney, Kyle and his fiancee', Courtney Moore, Jacob, Heather, Jared and his wife, Myranda, Ryan and Tylr; great-grandchildren, Carson, Kennedy and Elena; one sister living in the United States and eight brothers and sisters living in England.
A visitation with the family will be held from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, where a time of sharing will be held at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be private in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the U.S.O., PO Box 96860 Washington, D.C. 20077-7677.
