Paul Mannon

SMYRNA - Paul Mannon passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Mr. Mannon was born on May 3, 1930, in Smyrna, the son of the late Wilson and Mary Mannon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shirley; and his brother, Wilson. He is survived by his sister, Betty Boogardt; his daughters, Cheryl and her husband, Jim and Mary and her husband, Terry; and his step-son, Russ and his wife, Terry. A viewing will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Smyrna. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's name may be sent to Meals on Wheels, c/o Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave, Dover, DE 19904.
