Patsy Lee Adkins, 67

EASTON, Md. - Patsy Lee Adkins of Easton died Saturday, June 16, 2007 in her home. She was 67.

Mrs. Adkins was born June 6, 1939, in Bozman, daughter of the late Sonny and Sadie E. Ferguson Squires.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George E. Adkins Sr., on Dec. 24, 2005.

She is survived by a son and a daughter-in-law, George E. Jr. and Robin Adkins of Easton; two daughters and a son-in-law, Sadie and Jay Hobbs of Greensboro and Nancy Adkins of Preston; two brothers, Sonny Squires and Jimmy Squires, both of Baltimore; a stepsister, Florence Russ of Easton; seven grandchildren, Michael Hobbs, Dale Werner, Christopher Werner, Billy Werner, Melissa Cummings, Amanda Cummings and Emil Harris; and six great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ridgely Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions to help defray funeral costs to Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, P.O. Box 160, Greensboro, MD 21639.
