MILTON - Patricia S. (Trench) Kelley passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Harrison Senior Living in Georgetown.
A graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, she received her Associate Degree from University of Delaware. After many years of being a homemaker and raising her children, she and her late husband, William R. Trench, started the Medicine Shoppe in Milford. Following the death of her husband, she began a successful career in real estate in Bethany Beach.
In addition to her parents, and husband William R. Trench, she was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Samples White.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Brad Clark and wife Jennifer of Greensboro, N.C., Kathy Trench Ohrt and husband Jim of Milton, and Bill Trench and wife Stephanie of Middletown; twelve grandchildren; a brother, Dr. Jack Gallagher and his wife Dr. Denise Seliskar of Lewes.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018 at Grace Church, 514 Union Street, Milton, Delaware 19968, with a time of visitation at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment will be private.
