In Loving Memory of Oscar R. Carroll
Oscar R. Carroll passed away Feb. 25, 2007. Oscar was a friend to all who knew him. He would help anyone in need if he could. If he had it, you had it. Oscar will be greatly missed.
To some he was like a father. I know he was to me. I'm thankful for what he has done and I'm glad I was able to help him at times. I will always miss him. He will forever be in my heart.
