Norman "Storman Norman" Robert O"Brien, 55
PRESTON, Md. - Norman "Storman Norman" Robert O"Brien of Preston died Friday, June 8, 2007, in Caroline Home for Hospice, Denton. He was 55.
He was born Aug. 27, 1951, in Providence, R.I. to the late Joseph M. and Alice M. McLeod O"Brien.
Mr. O"Brien was a 1969 graduate of Centreville High School.
He was a maintenance supervisor for Chesapeake Components of Easton for 13 years.
He was a member of Cambridge Moose Lodge 1211 and enjoyed science fiction movies and memorabilia.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Leonard O"Brien.
He is survived by his son, Erik Leonard and his wife, Jamie O"Brien of Clarksville, Tenn.; one daughter, Jessica Ann and her husband, Steven Leininger of Elk Park, N.C.; one granddaughter, Harley Ann Leininger; three sisters and their husbands, Frances A. and Nathaniel M. Jr. Cole of Laurel, Mildred and George Carter of Rising Sun, Winnie and Paul Fields of North Carolina; and a close friend, Tillie Young of Preston.
Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, P.A., Greensboro.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
Interment will be in Ridgely Cemetery, Ridgely.
