CLAREMONT, Calif. - Nancy Heywood Albert of Claremont died suddenly Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, in her home. She was 67.
She was born in Washington, D.C., daughter of the late Honorable Hugh Kemp Clark and Nancy Griswold Clark.
Nancy graduated with a bachelor's degree from St. John's College, Annapolis, and a master's degree from California Polytechnic State University.
She was a math professor for Chaffee and Citrus Community Colleges in California.
Nancy was an ACBL life master in tournament bridge.
She is survived by two sons, Robert S. Albert of Claremont and Alexander G.S. Albert and his wife Dayna of Rialto; a daughter, Sarah "Tarlie" Albert and her husband Robert Usilton of Millington, Md.; a brother, Matthew K. Clark of Chestertown, Md.; two sisters, Sarah W. Clark of Kennedyville, Md., and Elizabeth R. Naylor of Newark, Del.; and three grandchildren, Alex Usilton, Marissa Albert and William Usilton.
A memorial service will be Saturday in Shrewsbury Parish Church, Kennedyville.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
