MAGNOLIA - Nancy E. Kiefer passed away on Oct. 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Byron Rugur; and by her second husband, Carl Kiefer. Mrs. Kiefer is survived by her three children, David B. Rugur and his wife, Keomalay, of Sanford, Fla., Ellen M. Aparicio and her husband, Jaime, of Magnolia and Elizabeth K. Roop, of Smyrna; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
