DOVER - Nancy Bast Kopf (nee: Bachman), raised in Dover, resident of Glen Ellyn, Ill. for 48 years, passed away on May 12, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Robert of 53 years; children, Robert Jr., Paul D. (Michele) and Tad A. (Geralyn); grandchildren, Samantha, Caroline, Katharine, Liam and Gwendolyn; sister, Betty (Donald) Wacker and brother, David Bachman. She is preceded in death by sister, Myra Ann Bachman. Nancy loved gardening, bird watching and her grandchildren. Her interests included, DAR, A.A.U.W. and genealogy. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Juniata College, PA and her Master's degree in Zoology from Pennsylvania State University. She was a Master Gardener and instructor at College of DuPage. Long time Corporate Treasurer and Secretary for Excel Specialty Corp.
